New for 2008 Sky Golf introduces the Skycaddie SG2.5. This GPS rangefinder supercedes the discontinued SG2 but it appears more of a cut down version of the top of the range Sky Caddie SG5. Incorporating all the features accustomed to the Skycaddie series of GPS golf devices the SG2.5 will appeal to the budget conscious golfer. Except for the omission of a colour display every feature is included. As standard the Patented IntelliGolf GPS system provides the golfer with all the course information usually associated with having a Stroke Saver booklet in the back pocket. The advantage of owning a skycaddie device like the SG2.5 is that it works like having your own caddie on your bag. Errors in shot and club selection are eliminated by knowing the precise distance to the impending dangers that threaten the golfer.
